SBH-M.RL series

Oil lmmersed Amorphous Alloy Three-dimensional Wound Core Transformer

Oil immersed amorphous alloy three-dimensional wound core transformer breaks through the traditional planar core structure of transformers, combining the three-dimensional wound core structure with the low loss characteristics of amorphous alloys. It has the advantages of energy conservation, noise reduction, three-phase magnetic circuit balance, strong short-circuit resistance, high reliability, anti-theft, etc.

SBH Series

Oil lmmersed Amorphous Alloy Planar Wound Core Transformer

The core of the amorphous alloy transformer is made of amorphous alloy ribbon instead of traditional electrical steel strip (silicon steel sheet). The no-load loss and no-load current of amorphous alloy transformers are signifcantly reduced compared to silicon steel sheet transformers, indicating signifcant energy-saving and environmental benefts. Amorphous alloy is mainly composed of iron, boron, silicon, nickel, cobalt and carbon. Its magnetization power is small, which can significantly reduce no-load loss and no-load current.

SCBH Series

Amorphous Alloy Core Dry-typeTransformer

The core of the amorphous alloy core dry-type transformer is made of amorphous alloy ribbon: Its no-load loss and no-load current are signifcantly reduced compared to silicon steel sheet transformer. Its low-voltage coil adopts a foil structure to enhance its short-circuit resistance and its high-voltage coil adopts epoxy resin insulation material poured into a hard rigid structure, Amorphous alloy core dry-type transformer has good fre resistance and the epoxy resin combined with glass fber as the insulation material of the transformer has the characteristics of non-inflammable and easy to extinguish.

35KV Series

Oil lmmersed Three-phase(on-loadTap Changing) Power Transformer

The coil heat dissipation of the 35kV oil immersed three-phase on-load tap changing power transformer adopts a new oil passage structure with reasonable design and optimized insulation technology, which improves the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with stepped three-level joints and surface coated with curing paint, reducing losses and noise, It runs reliably withbeautiful and elegant appearance.
