Guangxi Nanbaote Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise engaged in the research and design, production, sales, and installation and commissioning services of various types of transformers and related complete sets of equipment at voltage levels of 110kV and below. The company has applied for more than 10 patents, with research and development equipment assets of nearly 10 million yuan, and has been awarded titles such as National High-tech Enterprise and Excellent Enterprise of Nanning. Its scientific research laboratory and products have been certified by relevant national departments. After its products successfully entered the national energy-saving transformer product promotion catalog and the Chinese government procurement energy-saving product catalog, the company faced a funding gap of 60 million yuan while expanding production capacity.

After learning about this situation, Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative quickly organized professionals to visit, opened a "green channel" for loan processing, and simultaneously promoted investigation, review, and approval, issuing green loans of 191.24 million yuan to the enterprise. Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative established a leading group for green financial reform and innovation responsible for deploying and organizing various green credit work. For loans that fall within the scope of green credit, such as energy conservation and environmental protection, clean energy, and green upgrades of infrastructure, differentiated green credit policies are implemented, opening a "green channel" for project credit, providing support through priority review, pricing discounts, and simplified approval processes. By the end of June 2023, the balance of green loans at Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative was 191 million yuan, an increase of 99.49 million yuan compared to the same period last year, with a growth rate of 108.46%.

On February 28, 2022, the major project government-enterprise financial docking meeting and strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held at the Guangxi Investment Group International Financial Capital Center, where Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative signed a credit cooperation agreement of 160 million yuan with Guangxi Shenlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative quickly and accurately tailored a set of exclusive financial solutions for Guangxi Shenlong, alleviating the urgent financial needs of green and environmentally friendly enterprises. By the end of July 2023, a total of 160 million yuan in working capital loans had been issued to the enterprise.

Guangxi Shenlong Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that integrates the research, manufacturing, and sales of new energy buses and logistics vehicles. It is the only vehicle production enterprise in the region with qualifications for three types of commercial vehicles: traditional energy buses, new energy buses (including hydrogen fuel cell buses), and new energy trucks.

Recently, the company's HQK6118 model new energy pure electric bus was put into operation on the D327 route customized bus line of Nanning Yongcheng Public Transport Co., Ltd. This is the first public transport line in Nanning City that runs on a highway. Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative actively practices the principle of "lending as much as possible" for the green and environmentally friendly industry. To truly understand the situation at the grassroots level, the leadership team leads departments to implement a "big research" activity at the grassroots level, regularly conducting research to understand the real situation of green and environmentally friendly industry clients, actively connecting with government departments, obtaining enterprise directories, and organizing personnel to visit and connect with clients one by one to understand their financial needs. In recent years, Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative has issued loans to Guangxi Greentown Water Co., Ltd. for the construction of water pipe renovation projects; provided credit support to Nanning Liangfengjiang National Forest Park and Guangxi State-owned Qipo Forest Farm for afforestation and other working capital supplements; and provided credit support to Guangxi Beitou Environmental Water Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Greencare Environmental Co., Ltd. for the procurement of environmental protection materials and equipment.

As of June 2023, Yongning Rural Credit Cooperative has issued a total of 699 million yuan in loans to green and environmentally friendly enterprises, including 214 million yuan in green financial loans; the loan balance for green credit clients is 191 million yuan, an increase of 54 million yuan compared to the beginning of the year; among them, the loan balance for the clean energy industry is 52 million yuan; the balance for the ecological environment industry is 39 million yuan; and the balance for infrastructure green upgrade industry is 66 million yuan.
